When is The Player’s Party 2017?

The 4-day party starts daily on February 2, 2017 and goes until the end of the big game On Sunday February 5, 2017.

What are the hours of operation of the Player’s Party?

Thursday 3pm-11pm
Friday 1pm-11pm
Saturday 1pm – 11pm

Where can I buy tickets?

Tickets can be purchased online from Ticketmaster and at Frontgate. Single Day Tickets are only available via ticket code from select retailers. 

What kinds of credit cards can I use to buy tickets?

Ticketmaster accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

Will ATM’s be available?

Absolutely!

How much are tickets?

  • 4-day ticket for Adults $79.  4-day ticket for Children ages (5-12) $59 (save 35%).

  • Single day ticket for Adults, Thursday-Saturday $30*, Children ages (5-12) $24*.  Sunday, Adults $20*, Children ages (5-12) $15*.

  • Children under 5 are free.

         * With special code from Sponsors or iHeart.

Are there discounted tickets for the Elderly, Military Personnel, Police Officers, and Students?

Of course, there’s discounted tickets for the Elderly, Military Personnel, Police Officers, and Students.  4-day ticket $59.  Single day ticket Thursday-Saturday $24. Sunday, $15*.

Is there any way to obtain free ticket/s?

Free Tickets can be won by listening to our media partner iHeart Media

Do my kids need a ticket?

All children over age 5 require a ticket. Children 5-12 can use the child admission price.

What kinds of tickets can I buy?

4-day tickets and single day tickets. However, only 4-day tickets can be purchase from Players Party website.  Single day tickets can only be purchased at select retailers or by special ticket code from our Sponsors and iHeart Media. 

What do I get with a General Admission?

General Admission is the only ticket available and gets you into all the excitement. You will get to fully interact with all the features that the party offers!

Are there VIP tickets?

There are no VIP tickets. At the Players Party… everyone is a VIP!

Can I put my purchase on layaway?

At the incredible prices, we do not offer a payment plan for admission.

Can I buy a wristband at the gate?

You can purchase directly from the box office on the event days however advance purchase is strongly suggested as there are limited tickets each day.

I Bought a ticket for my son/daughter/wife/husband/boyfriend/girlfriend/dog -- does it have to be under their name? 

Any tickets purchased for will-call pick-up must be in the name of the person picking the tickets up. The person must present a government issued ID matching the name given… and nice try, no dogs or pets allowed except for medical purposes.

Is the Player’s Party kids friendly?

Totally! The Players Party is family friendly to the max! There are areas dedicated to all ages. There is a Women’s Expo, a full carnival with rides and games, there is a digital gamers lounge, there are skills challenges for all sports. There is a little something for everyone. Oh, and did we mention… your admission also includes over 20 big name concerts!

Are there any free items at the Player’s Party?

Of course, there will be free items.  Various sponsors will be giving away free items on a first come first serve basis.  Come early and often! 

How can I get backstage passes for a concert?

Backstage passes must be obtained via the performing artist. Player’s Party has no control over the artist guest list. We suggest you kindly beg the artist for this rare access.

What’s the Women of Now Expo?

This is an exclusive expo hall dedicated to the ladies of all ages (although men can attend).

What items are Prohibited?

  • Outside food and beverage.
  • No Weapons are permitted of any kind.
  • We are a complete drug free environment (prescription medication with proof of prescription is permitted).
  • No tents, umbrellas, coolers (Exception during the viewing party however coolers are still not allowed.)

Is there valet parking?

 No… however, on a first come first serve basis you can upgrade to VIP parking!

Re-Entry

 Re-entry is permitted. However, excessive re-entry will alert our safety team and guests may be restricted. We are watching... always watching.

Security

We take every measure to exceed all expectations in regards to safety. Our event is family friendly and every child under 12 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Every child 12 and under must be linked to a person 16 years or older and will not be permitted to enter or leave without the linked person. All bags are checked and expect that we will have handheld metal detectors.

Can I rent a stroller or wheelchair?

Strollers and Wheelchairs are permitted.  No rental service available.

What can I carry-in?

We encourage attendees to only bring what is necessary for personal needs. A purse or personal item can be carried into the venue after inspection.

Is there a place I can put my umbrella, purchases, etc.?

A coat check will be provided on a first come first serve basis. 

What are the security policies at the gates during the Player’s Party?

All bags are checked and expect that we will have handheld metal detectors. Tickets are exchanged for RFID wristbands that are activated at the gate and permits entry.

Is the Player’s Party accessible per ADA guidelines?

We take every measure to ensure that we comply with all ADA requirements and we exceed guidelines for all disability types whenever possible.

Access for People with Disabilities

Access is permitted for all. Be aware that parts of the grounds may be uneven or grassy.

Accessible Parking

Of course, we do! But also, be aware, it’s first come first serve. Shuttles will be provided for those with mobility concerns.

Where can I look for something I think I lost at the Player’s Party?

There are several lost and found locations next to the First Aid tents.

What if I need to take a taxi home?

We got you covered!  We will have a taxi and ride-share drop off zone

Is the event outdoors?

Yes, please ensure you dress for the weather. We always expect the best however Mother Nature doesn’t always party along.

If it rains, will the Player’s Party still go ahead?

The Party doesn’t stop!  The Party will only be delayed or cancelled due to the weather if conditions become dangerous.

What if I get ill or injured while on the grounds?

There are several first aid stations onsite as well as a temporary Fire Station for additional safety measures. Within 3 miles are several urgent and emergency care facilities.

Are there facilities at the Player’s Party for Nursing Mothers?

Of course, designated areas will be provided and are encouraged. Use is strictly that of the nursing mother.

My friends and I are looking for a place to stay – can you point us in the right direction?

Absolutely. We know finding a place in an unfamiliar town can be hard. Please contact National Hotels Association (Vanessa Fandino: [email protected]) to help you find the perfect room at a premium price.

Do you have a shuttle service?

Indeed!  But only for those with mobility concerns. Parking is relatively close to the entrances.

Do you accept credit cards on the grounds?

Absolutely, all major credit cards are accepted and encouraged.

Do all vendors accept credit cards?

Some vendors will be accepting credit cards, but we will have several ATMs on site for your convenience.

Can I bring my service animal with me?

You don’t even have to ask and you won’t even have to buy a ticket for your 4-legged pal!  However, service animals must have proper documentation/tags and must remain on a leash at all times.

Is there bicycle parking on the Player’s Party Grounds?

We can’t forget about our Bike Riders (motorcycle, scooter and pedal)!  Bike racks will be provided. Helmets are suggested and we will have a helmet check at the coat check station.

Will there be a map available so we can see which bands will be on which stages and see the locations of food, restrooms, etc?

Maps and Schedules will be available all throughout the venue as well as on the online app.

Will there be a food court?

No diggity, no doubt! This is Texas! Of course, we can’t forget food!  There will be various foods from all vendors. There will be an emphasis on foods themed from Houston Area as well as potentially the two teams in the Big Game. Sorry Cleveland fans.

What’s the Beer Garden?

Wouldn’t you like to know! This is the adults only lounge sponsored by a domestic, local, and import beer. It's complete with televisions and lounge furniture. Very relaxing!

Can I bring in my own alcohol?

Nah!

Do you have an app for Apple and Android devices?

Yes.

Will there be Wi-Fi available?

Of course, there will be limited free Wi-Fi available to the public! Can’t catch up on your shows however you can post some pics to social media!

Will I be able to charge my phone while on-site?

We got that covered!  There will be designated areas available to charge phones.

What are acceptable forms of ID to purchase alcohol with?

Driver’s License, Government-issued ID or Passport

Can I buy merchandise at the Player’s Party?

Yes! Limited edition items will be on sale. Once they're gone -- they're gone! Merchandise Items Include:

What should I do if I lose my child inside the Player’s Party?

If your child becomes lost inside the Player’s Party grounds, please notify a uniformed security or safety officer, or any of our team members immediately.  We will gladly assist you.

Filming & Photography Policy

No professional cameras (still photos or video) can be used unless you have an official media pass credential.  For media passes please email [email protected]

How should I handle my wristband?

Handle your wristband carefully to assure you don’t pull it closed before you put it on. Once it on it is waterproof and can remain on for several days. 

Does it matter what wrist I put my wristband on?

Yes.  Place the wristband on your RIGHT wrist. Wristband must remain on your RIGHT wrist always.  If you cannot have the wristband on your right hand for obvious or medical reasons please inform a staff member. Do not remove your wristband while attending the event.

How do I tighten my wristband?

Slide the clasp up to tighten the wristband so that it will not slide off your wrist.

Will my wristband be replaced if lost?

Treat your wristband like cash.  Lost, stolen, tampered with and/or confiscated wristbands will NOT be replaced.  Any wristbands that are not applied tightly enough and can slip on or off will be confiscated and NOT be replaced.  Do not cut, bum, stretch, twist, tear, tape, glue, or affect the wristband in any way, shape or form. Any wristband that has been altered will be confiscated and will not be replaced. 

How will I enter the Player’s Party daily?

You will scan your wristband upon entry and exit for re-entry.

What if I have trouble scanning or registering my wristband?

Don’t worry! If you have trouble scanning or registering your wristband, visit a Ticket Help location next to each gate.

Should I remove my wristband daily?

No.  Do not remove your wristband until you plan to leave the event for the final day.

Are wristbands transferrable?

No.  Wristbands are non-transferrable.

Can I shower with my wristband?

Yes -- and please do!
